- We work fast for our patients. If needed, one of our doctors can be scheduled and delivered to your door within 60 minutes.
- There is no need for long waiting times to make an appointment with us. We have doctors on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We called Luis while on holidays in Playa del Carmen. Our 2 year old daughter wasn’t feeling well and we couldn’t get the temperature down using paracetamol. Luis arrived promptly after our call. Luis gave us excellent service, handled the situation in super friendly manner, which can be challenging with a crying 2 year old.
He is an excellent practitioner who provided 10/10 care for my partner when he had a bacterial cuticle infection and also needed a covid test for travel.

Louis is an amazing doctor, I’m so grateful for all his help. I was super sick in bed with a fever for a week and couldn’t get to a doctor, and he was able to do a home visit. He took blood and urine samples, and the results came back really fast. I don’t know what I would have done without him, he was a lifesaver and quickly was able to find out what was wrong so I could get the medicine I needed to fight the infection I had and get better. I highly recommend him, he speaks really fluent English, regularly checked up on me through messaging to make sure I was ok, and was very responsive and caring.
